Situated just 500 metres from Heaton Chapel Train Station, just 1 mile from the M60 and in a prominent position on the A6 main arterial route between Stockport and Manchester the centre is ideally positioned for ease of access via private or public transport. Local Shops, Banks, Post Office and public bars and restaurants are just a short stroll away with the Heaton Moor village area offering a popular and vibrant social scene for all ages. This popular centre has just 10 available private office and workspace suites, so opportunities to join us don't come up that often, but as businesses grow and expand, suites do become available from time to time. The Business Centre is cleaned on a daily schedule which includes all bathrooms and kitchen areas, plus private workspaces for general cleaning and rubbish removal. A dishwasher is provided an dthere are basic kitchen facilities on every floor. Service charges include all waste removal by the local authority

Boardroom and Meeting Facilities

The boardroom is modern panelled room with seating for 8 people around a large oak board table. Use of the boardroom for scheduled meetings is included free within your service charge with an easy booking system using a private google calendar for the centre. This is shared space with other tenants and is available on a fair use basis.

Business Rates and Utilities

Each Suite at Ashbourne House is business rated separately by the local authority and assigned to the user tenant. However as all suites are within the threshold for full business rates relief your rates bill will be zero pounds. Similarly all heat and power costs are included in your monthly licence costs so we really are a turn key solution.
